Machine features and functions:

There is dead-stop button in the front, middle and back of the machine.

There is instruction light (LED three-color instruction light) for the equipment electrifying, awaiting working and in unusual condition.

There is a dead-stop button in each unit of printing machine, the operator can stop each unit when in the middle of each unit to keep the operator safety.

Functions of vibrator and stacker Unit:
Vibrator:
This machine combined with paper feeding and vibrating part, waste collect and output part, and moving lock part
Imported PU round belt conveying the paper, while passing the two high strength vibrating bar, the high vibrating force the waste paper drop down on the bottom out putting conveyor belt. Clean cardboard go to the stacking part. There are 4 rolling wheels to realize the vibrator’s opening and combining with the main machine. Operation easy. Lock part have pneumatic and locking cylinder make the connection with the main machine.

Stacker:
1) The paper can then manually adjust automatically.
2) splicing speed and feed speed is synchronization, then the paper speed can be adjusted independently
