Description

Configuration and function:

1. Automatic high-speed flying head: The machine uses automatic high-speed printing flying head, the maximum speed can reach 100 m/min, with the non-stop pre-stacking system greatly improve production efficiency.

2. High-precision lap control: servo control and flying synchronization, lap accuracy control within (+2 mm), with high-precision front gauge and pneumatic pull gauge, to ensure paper delivery accuracy.

3. Automatic shutdown protection system: equipped with automatic shutdown protection system, when the situation of sheet breakage, paper shortage, paper overlap occurs, the system automatically shuts down to protect the machine.

4. Heating and drying system: 600 mm diameter large heating roller, combined with built-in heat conducting oil heating system and oven heat circulation system, can realize high-speed start and heating, while heat recycling can save a lot of energy consumption.

5. Automatic Hydraulic System: The hydraulic system automatically provides a stable high pressure to ensure the quality of lamination.

6. Human-computer interaction system: using color touch screen, easy to operate. Operators can view the working state of the machine from the touch screen at any time.

7. Expansion shaft and tension control system: The film is easily loaded by inflation, and the film is accurately located by the scale of the expansion shaft. At the same time, the intelligent tension control system is easy to control the film tension and improve the film coating effect.

8. High-precision cutting system: equipped with disc knife, assisted by pneumatic pulling device, servo control, fast cutting speed, perfect cutting BOPP or OPP film without tail film.

9. Anti-curling mechanism: The paper flattening and anti-curling mechanism and wave-shaped paper feeding mechanism are used, specially designed for thin paper to prevent paper from curling.
