High chromaticity. Water ink wastewater is not easy to separate and fade
High COD value. A large number of experiments have proved that the COD values of ink and wastewater are all 1500mg/L.
Difficult to biodegrade. Ink wastewater concentration high and high tinting strength, water complex composition.
The main components of the machine are : main frame all PP plate sink, mixing device, filter device and electronic control system.
It is suggested that the reclaimed water after meeting the treatment requirements can be used for the following purposes:
—wash toilets and production sites.
—reclaimed water is recycled.
